Dates are now confirmed for UKTATTOOFEST 2027 on the Saturday 13th & Sunday 14th March.

We are taking applications for both tattoo artists & traders.

Please provide us with your name & socials so we can check out your work!
From there we will send over an application form and all details needed for submission on the event.

Artists Booths

Single booth 2m x 2m including 1 helper pass £400

Double booth 2m x 4m including 1 helper pass £700

Triple booth 2m x 6m including 2 helper passes £1050

Quad booth 2m x 8m including 2 helper passes £1400

For booths larger than quad size, an extra fee of £350 per artist applies.

Trader Booths

2m x 2m £175

3m x 2m £225

4m x 2m £275

5m x 2m £325

6m x 2m £375

All booth sizes include 1 helper pass

For trade space larger than 6m, an extra fee of £50 per meter applies.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance must be paid in full by January 2027.

Artists Booths

Your booth is provided with:

  • 5ft display table

  • Chairs

  • Sharps bin

  • Clinical waste bags

  • Extension cable

Please request if you need an examination desk, and we will provide at your booth.

On arrival your helper will receive a free admission pass for the day or weekend of you working.

1 or 2 depending on your booth size, please see below -

Single booth = 1 helper pass

Double booth = 1 helper pass

Triple booth = 2 helper passes

Quad booth = 2 helper passes

Extras

Stencil & printer station provided.

  • Carbon paper - 50p per sheet ( see front desk to purchase )

  • Printer paper - free

Trader Booths

Your booth is provided with:

  • 6ft display table

  • Chairs

On arrival your helper will receive a free admission pass for the day or weekend you are working. 1 helper pass is provided for all booth sizes.
